LOCAL DELIVERY
Direct courier delivery is complimentary with a minimum spend of S$100. For purchases below S$100, we charge a nominal fee of S$4.50.

All orders will be packed and dispatched within 2-3 working days. Our delivery typically will take 1-2 working days to reach the address specified in your order. Do expect delays of approximately 1 week during peak periods, such as Christmas or Valentine’s Day.
For those in a hurry to receive their items, we also offer same day express courier. For this option, do drop us an email with the delivery postal code first to check for rates and availability.

Simply drop us an email with your delivery address and we will quote you the delivery fee. International packages are shipped via Aramex and typically arrive within 1-3 weeks, depending on your location as well as time of year.
Important Note: International packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by country. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees incurred if any. Unfortunately, Crystal Apothecary has no control over this. We are not able to mark any international packages as zero value or as gifts to avoid customs duties or fees.
